Please advise if you will be going through customs for airport pickups. If not there will be an additional $15 fee for wait time.
To ensure a clean and comfortable experience for all passengers, a cleaning fee will be charged if a passenger causes excessive mess, including but not limited to vomiting, bodily fluids, spills or other incidents requiring professional cleaning.
Cleaning fees range from $150 to $500, depending on the severity of the damage and cleaning required. Additional charges may apply for lost service time, odor removal, or damage to vehicle upholstery and interior components.
